I have spent years of my life educating myself on nutrition and how to live a healthy lifestyle. From my early twenties, I started reading blogs on world traveling, nomadic lifestyles, and minimalism. On my quest for the “less is more” lifestyle I started to figure out how to cut the extra fluff that we are constantly marketed and started making more products at home. But I still struggled through battles with my health and it started showing through in my confidence and eventually in my skin. I was frustrated and desiring more than the half-life I was living. I finally realized that I had to transform my mindset from all-or-nothing dieting and consuming “diet” processed foods to practicing patience and putting effort toward taking the long-term approach to developing healthy, sustainable eating and lifestyle habits. 

As part of this journey, I started to invest in monthly facial treatments for the health of my struggling skin and to unwind from the matrix of human life. As I started asking more questions during my facial treatments, I discovered how my passions could come together as one. This was it, I finally understood how I could help others on their journey to wellness. 

The deeper I dove into this lifestyle the more I was enlightened about living naturally, reducing my footprint on this magnificent planet, and how the mind, body, and spirit are all intertwined. Welcome to the journey, I’m happy to guide you where you’re at on yours.
